UrVenue Expands AI Strategy With Model Context Protocol for Hospitality Experiences

UrVenue, the leading platform for managing resort experiences (cabanas, nightlife, events), announced active development toward Model Context Protocol (MCP) enablement targeting a Q4 2026 release. The MCP will make experience inventory discoverable and actionable within next-generation AI-driven environments.

AI is “fundamentally changing how travel demand is created and captured.”

CTO Cedric Ancellin emphasized that UrVenue is ensuring venue inventory is bookable within AI interfaces. The platform currently serves major hospitality brands including Caesars Entertainment, MGM Resorts, Club Med, and Wynn Resorts.

Impact on Travel and Hospitality

Experience commerce — cabanas, events, wellness — will become AI-bookable, opening new revenue streams for resorts and requiring properties to optimize experience inventory for AI discovery.

This is a significant development for hospitality operators to watch. As AI interfaces increasingly become the way travelers search and book, properties that make their experience inventory AI-discoverable will have a clear competitive advantage over those that don’t.
