Edward ‘Big Balls’ Coristine Is Helping Out on Viral Fraud Videos Now

Edward Coristine, a former DOGE staffer known online as “Big Balls,” appeared on influencer Nick Shirley’s podcast and was described as helping Shirley use government Medicaid data to target alleged fraud in California.

The collaboration is framed as part of a broader Trump-aligned push to crowdsource investigations into “waste, fraud, and abuse,” while Shirley’s earlier videos have already influenced immigration crackdowns and other political actions.

The interview also highlighted unsupported claims tying fraud to immigrants and voter abuse. These claims contrast sharply with expert findings that widespread voter fraud and large-scale noncitizen voting are not supported by evidence.

Although Coristine is no longer formally with DOGE, he is still working in government as head of engineering at the White House’s National Design Studio.
