Meta has announced a partnership with AI voice-tech company ElevenLabs to integrate advanced generative audio across its platforms, including Instagram and its Horizon immersive suite. The collaboration will bring ElevenLabs’ large library of AI-generated voices — covering more than 11,000 voices in over 70 languages — to power features like multilingual dubbing of Instagram Reels, music generation, and character voices for Horizon’s virtual environments. Meta aims to enhance creator tools and make audio content more engaging, localized, and scalable, reflecting its broader push to embed AI capabilities across its social and metaverse experiences.
