Google has launched CC, an experimental AI productivity agent built on its Gemini model that aims to replace your morning scrolling by delivering a personalized “Your Day Ahead” email summary each morning. It connects to your Gmail, Google Calendar, and Google Drive(and can reference the web) to pull together upcoming meetings, important emails, tasks, deadlines, and relevant updates all in one concise briefing, and can even draft responses or create calendar links so you can act on items quickly. CC learns from your interactions and can be guided by replying to its emails or emailing it directly with preferences or requests. The agent is currently available by early access to paid subscribers 18 and older in the U.S. and Canada with a waitlist open, and is part of Google’s broader push into proactive AI assistants that help manage daily productivity.
