Emirates airline has struck a strategic deal with OpenAI to adopt its AI technology across the company. Under the agreement, Emirates will roll out ChatGPT Enterprise organisation-wide and provide training to staff to build AI fluency. The collaboration aims to embed AI into many parts of the airline’s business — from operations and planning to customer service — by creating an internal AI-champion network and an AI “centre of excellence.” Emirates and OpenAI’s joint teams will explore real-world use cases, run sandbox-style experiments, and accelerate innovation across commercial, operational, and passenger-facing functions.
