Netflix has opened its first permanent, year-round fan venue—Netflix House—at the King of Prussia Mall outside Philadelphia, within a former department store space of over 100,000 sq ft. The space, developed with architecture firm Gensler over two years, features a grand red-carpeted entrance, photo-ops from shows like Stranger Things and The Queen’s Gambit, themed experiences, a restaurant called “Netflix Bites,” retail and immersive games. Visitors can enter for free and explore, though premium experiences such as VR games or mini-golf are ticketed. Netflix describes it as a “place where the Netflix story you can’t get enough of becomes something real,” and it signals a shift from purely digital streaming to physical, experiential entertainment.
